The
Jobs screen is designed to provide the critical information
about the Recipe, and to present it in a clear and logical
format.
The
main controls for the operator can be located on either the
right, or left, vertical bar of the screen (depending on operator
preference).
The
cassettes or FOUPs are illustrated on the right side of the
screen. This informatio shows the mapping results in a graphical
format and the operator can select indivual wafers to the left
of each wafer graphic.
The
opposite side of the screen provides a pull down menu to select
the Recipe. The pertinent recipe information is illstrated
in text and the wafer path is show in a cell graphic with the
wafer path cleary defined.
